Special Education Associate Attorney (3-5 Years Experience) | In-Office - Pittsburgh, PA- MUST HAVE ( Special Education Law & School Law experience )

Join a well-established law firm with a strong reputation in public education law. We are seeking a motivated Education Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our Pittsburgh office .

About the Role: The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in legal issues affecting public school entities. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with school districts and educational institutions on a wide range of matters.

* School Construction Projects
* Special Education (IDEA, Section 504)
* Student Discipline & Policies
* School Employee Issues
* Public Education Labor & Collective Bargaining
* Financial Solutions for School Districts
* School Board Governance

Requirements:

* J.D. from an accredited law school
* Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
* 3-5 years of Special Education Associate law & school law experience- must have
* Strong communication and advocacy skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
