We're looking for someone with a mix of skills and experiences. While no single path is required, here's what will help you succeed:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).

Experience:

Junior-Level: 1-3 years in product management, project management, business analysis, or related roles.
Senior-Level: 5+ years with a proven track record of delivering successful software products.

Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Ability to collaborate with engineering teams and translate technical concepts into actionable requirements.

Analytical Insights:

Strong skills in gathering and interpreting market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.
Experience with tools like Jira or Trello for product planning and backlog management.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
A problem-solving mindset and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Bonus Skills:

Experience in SaaS, B2B, or consumer tech products.
Knowledge of UX principles and data-driven product design.
Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau.
Certifications in Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM).

Why This Role?

This is more than just a job—it's a chance to make a real impact. Whether you're defining product strategies, collaborating with teams, or analyzing performance, your contributions will shape innovative solutions that make a difference. If you're excited to grow your career in product management and work in an environment that values creativity and collaboration, we'd love to hear from you.
