OCM Analyst will drive the adoption of new technologies and support project-level change management strategies. This role will involve planning, executing, and measuring change readiness initiatives, ensuring long-term sustainability. The OCM Analyst will collaborate with project managers, business relationship managers, and technical teams to facilitate smooth transitions and enhance stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement change management plans, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Conduct Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Assessments, and Communications Planning using industry best practices such as PROSCI
methodology.
Create and execute strategies to improve end-user adoption, measuring effectiveness through metrics and reporting.
Provide coaching and guidance to project teams to enhance cross-functional collaboration.
Develop clear and concise documentation for non-technical users to support understanding of technical changes.
Establish and maintain relationships across ITD and agency-wide teams, ensuring transparency in project communication.
Drive process improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of trust and inclusivity.
Minimum Qualifications:
4 7 years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
Expertise in PROSCI methodology, including stakeholder engagement and impact analysis.
Demonstrated ability to execute change management strategies and develop supporting work products.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical changes to non-technical users.
Experience leading agency-wide projects and collaborating across multiple organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications, or Organizational Change Management.
5 years of experience in marketing and corporate communications.
5 years of graphic design or content visualization for effective messaging.
PROSCI certification is highly preferred.
