**What can I expect?**
At OTIS we have one of the most comprehensive Apprenticeship schemes within the lift industry.
As an engineer apprentice, you will work within a supportive team undertaking a range of on-the job and classroom-based learning to obtain an NVQ3 qualification, essential for a career as a Lift and Escalator Engineer.
Your training will be supported throughout your programme by OTIS and our training partner who will be the apprenticeship provider.
Once qualified as a Service Lift Engineer you will have a regular route performing routine Service visits and carrying out repairs. You will be diagnosing electrical and mechanical problems and keeping our customers informed of the status of their equipment.
**Who we are looking for?**
We are looking for aspiring engineers with strong communication skills, exceptional teamwork, and a proactive mindset who can demonstrate:
+ 5 GCSE's or equivalent at grade C/Grade 4 and above, including Maths, English and a STEM subject.
+ A willingness to attend and complete the required training throughout the Apprenticeship.
**Salary**
+ **Year 1: £15,709**
+ **Year 2: £20,948**
+ **Year 3: £28,800**
