We are hiring for: INTERNSHIP - CONTENT CREATOR, INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS

About The Role

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator, Internal Communications Intern, to join our team! This role is ideal for a student or early-career professional passionate about video production, editing, graphic design, writing, and social content . You will support the Internal Communications Team by creating compelling content that enhances brand awareness, tells our story, and engages our audience across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in shooting, editing, and producing video content for internal communications and social media
• Create graphics, layouts, and visual assets using tools like Photoshop and Canva
• Support copywriting efforts for internal newsletter, breakroom TV, social posts, email campaigns, video scripts, and other content
• Help brainstorm, script, and storyboard creative concepts for brand storytelling
• Contribute to communications and marketing design projects, including promotional materials, company program and campaign assets
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain brand and message consistency in all creative output

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field
• Experience and proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, or similar) and other design tools, digitally savvy
• Proficiency in PowerPoint
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for grammar, clarity, and storytelling
• Understanding of design principles and trends
• A creative thinker who’s comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
• Must be able to work independently on quick-turnaround projects, multiple assignments, and meet deadlines accordingly
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

• Familiarity with motion graphics or animation tools (After Effects, etc.)
• A portfolio showcasing design or video work (link or attachments encouraged)
