Responsibilities

• Install air conditioning equipment accurately and efficiently in residential homes.
• Maintain effective communication with dispatch, management, and installation teams.
• Ensure the company vehicle is clean and well-stocked with necessary tools and parts.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to provide customer support as needed.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.

Compensation
