Job Title: Field Service Engineer

About the Role:

YOFO seeks a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide on-site technical support, ensuring the seamless installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CBCT products. You will also be key in training customers on equipment operation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, calibrate, and commission CBCT products at customer sites
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on equipment.
• Train customers on machine operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Document service activities, including problem resolutions and detailed service reports.
• Promote a positive image of YOFO Medical through professional and customer-focused service.
• Maintain flexibility to support customers during weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or a 2-year technical/electronics degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer, with electromechanical experience
• Communicate effectively with customers throughout the service process
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer needs.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the nation.
• Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license and liability insurance.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

• Extensive periods of standing, walking, and moving during service tasks.
• Frequent bending, squatting, and climbing stairs.
• Ability to use both hands without restriction and manipulate small hand tools.
• Capability to lift to 50 pounds and move up to 125 pounds without assistance.
