The Director of Production serves as the Video Production Team lead and principal developer of digital video and multimedia content for Alaska Public Media (AKPM). Responsibilities include oversight of the AKPM television studio, production master control, editing software, field production equipment, video graphic art design and implementation, production of promotional/informational spots, and managing technical aspects of live and/or live to digital file television studio production.
Alaska Public Media (AKPM) is a broad-based public media organization that delivers television, radio, and web content. AKPM is the source of PBS television, NPR radio, and stewards the statewide AKPM News network.
