Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of construction workers to ensure efficient project execution.
Develop and review construction , budgets.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with project managers to communicate project updates and address any issues that arise.
Train and mentor crew members on best practices in construction techniques and safety protocols.
Ensure all materials are available on-site as per the project schedule and manage inventory effectively.
Requirements
Proven experience in a leadership role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, and site management practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A commitment to maintaining safety standards on the job site.
