As the Sales Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers entering the dealership. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive first impression and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks. We don't take a "one-size-fits-all" approach regarding our employees' Benefits. Responsibilities

• Direct customers to the appropriate sales staff or department
• Answer and route incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
• Greet customers in a warm, professional manner as they arrive at the dealership
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and showroom area
• Assist with light administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and preparing sales documents
• Support the sales team with various tasks as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or higher
• A professional appearance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A clean driving record & valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test)
